It’s ok if you’re not ok
In the beginning, it’s all about getting to know you—your unique journey and the vision you have for your future. As I guide and support you or your family toward new goals, I’ll regularly check in. It’s important to me that everyone feels empowered throughout the process and know that they are truly cared for and heard. As a therapist, my role is to first help people identify the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that lead to behaviors that are not working for them. I can then present proven methods of coping to get through the tough times. I bring a real and honest approach to the therapy process and strive to ensure that while progress may not always feel linear, we are on the straight path to healing. Seeking therapeutic support can help people feel more in control. This points the way to a more intentional, content, and peaceful life experience.

you AND YOUR FAMILY ARE worthy of LIVING a JOYFUL life
Therapy for Individuals
KIDS, Teens & Young Adults
“When your body rejects you, as mine did, it’s hard to like any part of yourself.” That was me in high school. Today I work with kids, teens, and young adults across a range of modern-day challenges they face—bullying, self-harm, thoughts of suicide, eating disorders, technology dependence, and more.
GRIEF, TRAUMA, ANGER, & ANXIETY
“I did not need to feel bad for feeling sorrow. I allowed the children to watch a movie, I took a nap.” Sadness has been real for me. Trauma and grief is more than the event—it’s also how the mind and body has stored the reactions to it, and how they are currently playing out. If you made it this far and are reading this, than there is a part of you that is still hopeful. Take the step to get into contact with me, and I’ll be your companion on this journey.
adult children of alcoholics
“… a latch-key little girl with an alcoholic father who spent the better part of high school faking that she was sick…” I understand processing through the impact of growing up in an environment where addictions are tolerated and kept a secret. The therapy I practice offers hope and healing.
Therapy for Couples
Couples counseling benefits relationships at any stage, helping to strengthen connections. I provide therapeutic support that builds authentic communication, especially during major transitions like marriage, parenthood, infidelity, or other significant life changes.
